COLD TEMPS Force us from Fall into Winter

This past several weeks we have experienced a roller-coaster ride through different weather patterns, with warm sunny days, the pretty heavy rains for a few days then warm again and then plummeting down into the high 'teens at night.

The sunrises and sunsets have been quite spectacular but as I looked out my window the other morning, the grim truth was almost assualtingly real - snow-flocked trees as far as one could see!  Too much, too fast?  That seems to be the concensus from those who take the time to offer an opinion.

What I do not want to have happen is that we are lulled into the holiday spirit while ignoring the fact that there are still many ACTIVE BUYERS out there, looking to find just the right property for themselves.  Each day (and yes, we are still working seven-days-a-week) we get calls or receive leads from various search engines, indicating that these buyers are serious and they are READY, WILLING and ABLE to purchase property in our area.
