NOT TOO EARLY TO THINK ABOUT SCHOOL...

This morning, at the weekly meeting of the Rotary Club of Sanford-Springvale, members were "brought up to speed" with respect to a local charity project, named STUFF THE BUS!

The speaker this morning was Wanda Parent, who has been volunteering for Stuff the Bus for the past fifteen years!  This organization collects items which school-aged children might require when they begin school, either late in Agusut or early September.  In the early years, Ms. Parent told members, "back in the beginning...

At the first regular meeting of the Rotary Club of Sanford-Springvale for the 2022-2023 year, held at the Nasson Little Theater earlier today, members heard from one of their own - Colleen Adams.  She serves as the Community Outreach Officer for the Mental Health Unit of the Sanford Police Department.

Yesterday, April 28th, was the GRAND RE-OPENING of IRON TAILS SALOON in Acton.  It was wonderful having Gregg Martizez, Bruce and Nancy Rossborough and all of the crew back here.

The food and drinks are always great and the entertainment on the weekends is over the top!

When you visit IRON TAILS SALOON, remember folks, this is a BIKER BAR - the noise level may be very loud. The bartenders and the wait staff are usually straight out, so cut them a little slack.  The food is always FRESH, especial...
