EXIT Key Real Estate recognized for community support

"Duffy" Gold, chairman of the Shapleigh Community Days stopped by the office of EXIT Key Real Estate to present the company and its broker-owner, Elias Thomas, a recognition award to thank Thomas for his continued support of and participation in the parade associated with the Community Days.

According to Ms. Gold, "Elias has been a constant and continuing supporter and promoter of Shapleigh Community Days, and is not simply a check writer, but rather is always willing to step forward to assist the committee in promoting this event.  For this, we are most grateful."

Thomas and his wife, Jane, are the broker-owners of EXIT Key Real Estate, located at The Foot of Mousam Lake, and have been specializing in the sale and management of lakefront properties since 1970.  The agency, originally The Richard leach Real Estate Agency was founded by Jane's father in 1932 and the Thomases believe the agency is the oldest in the State of Maine, still owned and operated by the founding family.
